Digital products only
LumiTada currently sells personalized digital videos. Nothing is physically shipped, so there is no shipping charge, tracking number or delivery address requirement for these products.
Production time
Standard orders are normally completed within 24–48 hours after payment is confirmed and all required personalization details and files have been received. If a rush option is purchased, we prioritize the order for delivery within the timeframe shown at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees. Incomplete details, unclear photos, pronunciation questions, unusually high order volume, holidays, technical issues or a customer-requested change can extend production. If we need clarification, the production clock may pause until we receive a response.
How your video arrives
We send the finished video or a private download link to the email address used at checkout. The standard deliverable is a Full HD MP4 in a 16:9 format designed for common phones, tablets, computers and smart televisions.
If you cannot find the email
- Check the spam, junk, promotions and updates folders for the checkout email address.
- Confirm that the email entered at checkout is correct.
- Contact hello@lumitada.com with the order number and purchasing email. Please do not resend a child’s photo by ordinary email unless our support team specifically requests it.
Downloads and compatibility
Customers are responsible for downloading and safely keeping a copy of the delivered file. Device, television, casting and internet configurations vary, so we cannot guarantee compatibility with every legacy device or third-party app. If the delivered file itself is damaged or cannot be opened on a normally supported device, contact us and we will help or resend it.
